Project Description
The objective of the BST Project was to consolidate legacy project and finance processes and systems into an effective and efficient merged solution that will incorporate business applications, data, infrastructure, processes and people impacts.
This project encompassed the existing PS, Sun and various Lotus Notes solutions and merging them into a new simplified, cohesive and comprehensive, enterprise solution. BST Enterprise 8.3 was chosen as the application. The project delivered:
- The optimisation of financial systems;
- The optimisation of financial processes;
- The optimisation of project management systems;
- The optimisation of project management processes;
- The introduction of ‘one Connell Wagner’ set of processes;
- Improved information – i.e. “Right information to Right person at Right time”; and
- The establishment of a consistent ERP platform to promote faster integration of acquired companies or separation of any sold business units.
