Project Description
GrainCorp needed to upgrade its business intelligence platforms in order to more effectively manage its core business - the storage and handling of grain and bulk commodities, grain and protein meal supply, flour milling and sale of farm inputs.
Charter Mason worked with GrainCorp to design and build the Automated Safety Reporting Platform (SHARPS Notifications System) and a Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) Performance Measurement Systems. The Sharepoint systems are a combination of performance scorecards and graphical dashboards used by Executive Management and GrainCorp’s Marketing department.
