CharterMason’s operating model is network based and spans two major arenas – “Winning & Delivering Work” and “Sourcing & Retaining Talent”. It is the balance of these two arenas that sustains our business.
Winning & Delivering Work is about offering value to our clients and choosing the clients we want to do business with, while Sourcing & Retaining Talent is about who we want to attract and how we will retain them.
Accomplished professionals have their own personal strategy and delivery model and we encourage diversity over enforced conformity, the core concepts will be shared but details will be individual. The personal strategic elements include:

The alignment challenge for CharterMason reflects the continuous management of the dynamics between the CharterMason strategy and the personal strategies of its Leaders. CharterMason provides a Home Base from which the Leaders can operate to provide expertise to the client. This is made up of the Governance model and the CharterMason Network Structure to enable the CharterMason strategy. It sets expectations of individual behaviours and how people work together in the CharterMason Network Structure.
